Your potential is our inspiration.**Where You’ll Make a Difference*** Lead all plant operations during assigned shift, ensuring safety, quality, and production targets are met* Supervise and develop union employees and team leaders through coaching, feedback, and performance management* Manage workforce planning including scheduling, overtime, and resource allocation* Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with EHS and environmental standards* Investigate production, safety, and quality incidents; conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions* Partner with engineering, maintenance, and planning teams to optimize plant performance* Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives* Support labor relations processes, including grievance handling and fact-finding sessions* Ensure accurate administrative oversight, including time and attendance tracking**What Makes You the Right Fit*** Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred)* Minimum 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment (chemical manufacturing preferred)* Proven leadership experience managing teams in a production setting* Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and operational excellence principles* Ability to lead in a fast-paced, 24/7 production environment and work rotating shifts* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure* Effective communication skills with the ability to influence and engage teams* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems**How You Would Stand Out*** Experience working in a unionized manufacturing environment* SAP or similar ERP system experience* Background in chemical or process manufacturing industries**Why Choose Us?*** Opportunity to lead operations in a global industry leader* Strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement* Career growth and advancement opportunities within IFF* Competitive compensation* Dynamic and collaborative work environment* Exposure to complex, high-impact manufacturing operationsWe are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
