Location: 800 East 28th Street, Minneapolis, MN 55407

Start Date: July 13, 2026

Duration: 90-day credentialing period

Shift: Day shift, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM, 5 days/week

Hours per week: 40

Employment Type: Contract

Licensure: Minnesota license or IMLC required

Experience: Board-certified in Oncology and Hematology, with inpatient experience

Patients per day: 2025

Special Procedures: Malignant and benign oncology procedures

Call Schedule: Overnight calls from home, 8-10 hours, 1 week at a time

Hourly Pay Rate: $463.13/hour

Pay Schedule: Weekly via direct deposit

What You'll Do

• Lead the inpatient medical oncology team, supervising APPs and managing patients.
• See new inpatient and outpatient oncology and hematology consults.
• Perform malignant and benign oncology procedures.
• Provide high-quality care for complex oncology cases.
• Document all cases same day (outpatient and inpatient), with a maximum of 3 days for outpatient documentation.
• Participate in overnight call from home, with minimal call volume.
• Support and supervise advanced practice providers.
• Collaborate with hospitalists and support staff to optimize patient outcomes.

What You Need

• Valid Minnesota license or IMLC
• Board certification in Oncology and Hematology
• Prior inpatient medical oncology experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Comfort with inpatient malignant medical oncology patients and all hematology consults
