We’re hiring a licensed PTA to work with one of our trusted clients where you’ll support patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries—helping them manage pain and regain movement—under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Requirements:

• Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Tennessee PTA license required to start the position.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in outpatient neuro settings or with a heavy neurological caseload preferred. Caseload will be approximately 12–18 patients per day, with PTAs treating about 8–12 patients independently; roughly two-thirds of the caseload is neurological (stroke, SCI, MS).
• Comfort working in a small clinic setting (~1,200 sq. ft.) with an open treatment area and one smaller room.
• Familiarity with Optimus PT EMR preferred.
• Experience treating adult patients, typical patient age range 30–70. Prior experience with Medicaid patient population is advantageous.
