Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Chef with menu planning and preparation.
- Contribute ideas for nightly specials that enhance guest experience.
- Oversee kitchen staff operations during peak hours.
- Manage inventory and ensure kitchen supplies are stocked.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a full-service restaurant.
- Strong culinary skills and creativity in menu development.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a hospitality team.
- Flexibility in schedule, with evening and weekend availability.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Schedule
- Kitchen staff typically comes in between 2 PM and 3 PM.
