Welltower is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the capital projects portfolio for our national senior housing assets. This remote role ideally resides in the Washington, DC region and includes scope development, renovation planning, budgeting, and underwriting to maximize asset value. The candidate will lead on-site activities, coordinate with contractors and stakeholders, monitor safety, schedules, and budgets, and deliver regular status reports.
