Facilities Specialist

Overview This position oversees daily activities involving the rearrangement, operation, maintenance, and repair of the PACCAR Parts division office in Renton, Washington. Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm. Job Functions / Responsibilities Perform routine office maintenance Perform office rearrangement Resolve emergency repairs and custodial issues Service request maintenance Support reception activities Coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors Support AutoCAD updates Submit purchase requests that support facilities requirements Other duties as assigned Skills Knowledge of general safety practices related to work involving electrical and mechanical tasks in an office environment. Must possess working knowledge of methods, practices, procedures, materials, and equipment involved in custodial and other facility maintenance work.
