Talent Acquisition Specialist

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Baltimore, MD. Duties Include:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
• Support creation and maintenance of job descriptions and postings
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using various channels (job boards, referrals, social media, networking, etc.)
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive outreach and relationship management
• Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, including agencies, associations, and educational institutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to support employer branding and recruitment initiatives
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
• Evaluate candidates based on qualifications, experience, and organizational fit
• Facilitate interviews and provide guidance on selection processes
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through consistent communication and coordination
• Maintain compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies
• Track recruiting activity and provide reporting on key metrics
• Support ongoing improvements to recruiting processes and programs
• Assist with additional HR or recruitment-related projects as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of recruiting or related experience
• Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
