Job Description
Title: Registered Nurse - Critical Care

Schedule: Night Shift 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36.00

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification: Required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification: Required
- At least two years recent experience in the field

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
- Collaborate with a team of patients, families, and healthcare providers in providing patient care in a safe and caring environment.
- Collect and analyze relevant data to determine patient diagnosis and care issues.
- Implement care plans and coordinate care delivery while promoting health and safety.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
