Job Title: Medical Lab Scientist

Location: Pottstown, Pennsylvania


Shift: Full-Time


Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Lab Scientist to join our laboratory team. The ideal candidate will perform diagnostic testing, ensure quality control, and contribute to accurate patient care.


Responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory tests and analyses on biological specimens.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
• Adhere to safety and quality control protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret results.
• Assist in training and mentoring laboratory staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
• ASCP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
