National Account Manager

Husqvarna Construction is seeking a strategic, results-driven sales leader to grow and strengthen our National Accounts business. You'll own high-value customer relationships, create long-term account strategies, and align cross-functional teams to deliver profitable growth and an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute three-year account roadmaps with annual revenue, pricing, market-share, and profitability targets.
Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and negotiate pricing, rebates, and growth programs.
Launch new products and programs through clear go-to-market plans, 90-day initiatives, and field execution.
Use CRM, sales data, and market intelligence to forecast growth, monitor account health, and identify risks and opportunities.
Lead executive and quarterly business reviews that turn insights into action.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and regional teams to expand product adoption and deliver a consistent customer experience.

What You Bring

5+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years managing a large account portfolio.
Strong business acumen, negotiation, presentation, and executive communication skills.
A strategic, self-directed approach with the ability to influence across teams and move quickly from plan to results.
Experience with CRM, analytics, data management, business intelligence, and Microsoft applications.
Market, product, and application knowledge within relevant construction-product categories.
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

Work Style

This is a road- or home-office-based role with regular client visits and 60–75% overnight travel, including approximately two to three strategic meetings each month.
