Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when necessary Supporting daily living skills and independence Helping individuals participate in community activities, appointments, and social events Providing companionship, encouragement, and emotional support Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment Following individualized support plans and goals Promoting dignity, respect, and person-centered care Who We’re Looking For Compassionate and caring Dependable and responsible Patient and positive Looking for meaningful work Interested in healthcare, human services, psychology, education, nursing, social work, or caregiving Ready to make a difference in the lives of others Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Valid Driver’s License required High School Diploma or GED preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to provide hands-on support and physical assistance when needed Ability to work independently and as part of a team Some jobs pay the bills.
