Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Experience:

• 18 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 18 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.

• 6 months of Epic experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <80 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program and no current placement allowed at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program and no current placement allowed at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program.

Required Skills/Experience: - Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to prior to having ever traveled.

Required Credentials: - ECG rhythm recognition test and Safe Medicate will be completed during orientation, and an acceptable score on both assessments is required.

Special Requests: - All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission. - Engagements are limited to 18 consecutive months.

Unit Details: - Possible assignments include circulator, scrub, or monitor roles caring for patients undergoing diagnostic, interventional, and emergency Cardiac Cath cases. - Uses Xper (Wit).

Floating Requirements: - May also be required to cover the holding area and/or EP Lab.

7 days maximum time off

2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required
