Business Development Consultant

To support strategic relationship growth, the full-time Business Development Consultant will manage partnerships with financial professionals, drive sales efforts, and deliver tailored retirement solutions in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with advisors, consultants, plan sponsors, and institutional partners Proactively uncover new business opportunities and manage day-to-day sales activities Provide expert guidance on plan design and customized retirement solutions Required Qualifications Proven experience in business development or sales within the financial services industry Strong understanding of retirement plan products and services Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development
