Advocate Case Manager for THP & Reentry Programs

Amity Foundation in Downtown Los Angeles is seeking compassionate Case Manager (Advocate) to provide direct casework for THP participants, including intake, needs assessment, CMP development, and progress monitoring. Location: Downtown LA, on-site, Non-Exempt (Hourly). You will conduct intake, prepare CMPs, monitor progress, and maintain records while making referrals and planning discharge.
