What You'll Do

As a Colonial Life Sales Representative, you'll build relationships with local businesses and help employers enhance their employee benefits package.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Meet with business owners, HR leaders, and decision-makers.
• Present customized employee benefit solutions.
• Conduct benefit enrollments and educate employees on their coverage options.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through ongoing service.
• Manage your own schedule and sales pipeline.
• Participate in professional development and coaching opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Goal-oriented and competitive.
• Professional presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a successful local team.
• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Insurance license preferred (licensing assistance available for qualified candidates).
