We are seeking a responsible and reliable Facility Van Driver to join our team at Northwood Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in Springfield, Ohio . As a key member of our facility, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of our guests to and from medical appointments and errands.
Job Summary:
As a Facility Van Driver, you will operate a company vehicle to transport guests to and from medical appointments, errands, and other scheduled events. You will also maintain a safe and clean facility van, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations. Additionally, you will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring the needs of our guests are met and exceeded.
Responsibilities:
• Safely operate a company vehicle to transport guests to and from medical appointments, errands, and other scheduled events
• Maintain a clean and organized facility van, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring the needs of our guests are met and exceeded
• Assist guests with mobility and daily living needs, as needed
• Collaborate with facility staff to coordinate transportation schedules and ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and TB test
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with mobility and daily living needs
