Job Title: Plater Job Description

In this role, candidates will be involved in plating, cleaning, and inspecting various parts. While the job can be repetitive, once the process is mastered, it becomes straightforward. You will be working collaboratively with others and must demonstrate attention to detail.

• Inspect parts before, during, and after processing to ensure quality.
• Prepare products for plating, place them into the bath, and monitor the timing of the process.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Document each piece that is plated.
• Process parts independently while keeping track of processing times.
• Gather pieces, run them through the process, conduct quality checks, and organize them.

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Proficiency in working within a team environment.
• Comfortable working in environments that can become warm.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks.

• A can-do attitude and willingness to assist where needed.

Join the nicest plating environment with state-of-the-art facilities. You will start with training on the 1st shift for the first week. Flexible shift options are available: 1st shift from 7:00am-3:30pm, 2nd shift from 2:30pm-11:00pm, and 3rd shift from 11:00pm-7:30am. This position offers a great potential for growth, and candidates have the flexibility to work additional hours if desired.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Springfield, MA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
