Opportunity Details Position Type: Full-time (1.0 FTE) Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 5pm Location: 3925 32nd Ave Ste 300 Hudsonville, MI 49426 Specialty: Family Medicine Physician, outpatient Team Size: 5 providers, 3 triage nurses, 3 Front Office Staff, 9 Medical Assistants, 1 Clinical Pharmacist, 1 Care Manager Teaching Opportunities: Yes - Residents, Medical Students, Fellows Call Requirements: Phone Call only. 1-2 weeknights a quarter and two 12 hour weekend call shift a year.
