Compensation: Base Salary of $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year+ Uncapped Commission-High earning potential tied directly to performance

Position Overview
Driven, high‐impact Sales Executive to accelerate revenue growth and expand shipper network within a fast‐scaling logistics organization. This is a true hunter role, ideal for a competitive, self‐motivated professional who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and owning a book of business.

Key contributor to a growing team, you will collaborate closely with leadership and operations to deliver tailored freight solutions that solve real‐world shipping challenges across LTL, FTL, expedited, air, and ocean services. Your performance directly influences company growth, customer retention, and market expansion.

Impact & Responsibility
This role carries significant responsibility and visibility within the organization.
Drive new business acquisition and revenue generation
Build and manage a pipeline of manufacturers, distributors, and eCommerce shippers
Present customized logistics solutions that address customer needs
Negotiate pricing agreements and close new accounts
Strengthen and grow existing customer relationships
Partner with operations to ensure seamless service execution
Represent the company’s brand, value, and capabilities in the market

Requirements
2+ years of logistics or freight sales experience (3PL strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of LTL, FTL, expedited, air, or ocean freight
Proven track record of closing deals and meeting revenue targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow‐up skills
Highly self‐driven, competitive, and results‐oriented
Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, high‐growth environment
Associate degree preferred
