Evening Medication Reconciliation Specialist

Iredell Health System is seeking a Medication Reconciliation Technician to review and verify patients' prior to admission medications within 24 hours of admission. The role supports the Emergency Department, Med Surg, Outpatient Surgery and SNF, coordinating with nursing and medical staff to ensure accurate drug histories.
