Customer Supply Chain Analyst

Maintain Customer Scorecards to achieve KPIs (OTIF, SL, Compliance). Maximize Order to Cash by progressing to “Down in a Day” Order Management and achieving weekly 95% Drop to Target cycle times. Create and Document SOPs. Responsible for tracking and reporting Supply Chain Customer Compliance and developing processes and business model to mitigate compliance fines. Requirements BA/BS Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations Mgt, or related experience preferred. 3-5 years Customer Operations, Supply Chain experience preferred. Solid computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, SAP, Excel, Business Warehouse). Effective communication skills, both written and verbal required. Willingness to learn.
