Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work one-on-one with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans and support skill development. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans as written by a BCBA Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, clinic, school, or community settings Collect accurate data & documentation on client progress and behavior Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and social skills development Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with the BACB Communicate effectively with supervisors, caregivers, and team members Participate in ongoing training and supervision Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors Ensure a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred) Completion of RBT 40-hour training Experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities Knowledge of behavioral therapy principles and techniques Strong interpersonal skills for working with clients and their families Ability to follow behavior intervention plans effectively Proficiency in medical documentation and record-keeping Understanding of behavior management strategies and crisis intervention techniques Join our team as a Behavior Technician and make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism! #J-18808-Ljbffr
