Front of House Team Member- (Year-Round) AM /Mid-Shift Position

Chick-fil-A Team Member Opportunity

We are looking for individuals that can work the AM- Early PM or Mid-Shift Shifts year-long. We are ideally looking for 18 or older candidates, but High School aged individuals are encouraged to apply if they have special scheduling (Home-schooling, Online Classes, Dual Enrollment, etc.) that would allow them to work during either shift. Friday & Saturday availability is a requirement. We will not be accepting applications that require a schedule change once school is back in session, as our PM Team Roster is full.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Be passionate about serving others by providing 2nd Mile services
• Display our Core 4 Values: Create Eye Contact, Share a Smile, Speak Enthusiastically, & Stay Connected
• Adhere to our Team Member Handbook
• Display proactivity and a sense of urgency in all things
• Take guest orders inside & outside, ensuring the utmost accuracy
• Quickly & accurately prepare orders by making drinks or bagging orders
• Handle Guest Issues or Concerns using our HEARD Model
• Keep areas stocked and clean
• Maintain Food Safety Standards
• Follow Chick-fil-A Procedures to ensure Operational Excellence
• Deliver Catering Orders, if needed. (Must be 18 or older and have a valid Driver's License.)

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Ability to work in an environment where common allergens are used daily
• Cash Management Skills
• Ability to stand on your feet for an entire shift (8+ hours)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm
• Ability to hear & communicate with guests & their needs
• Outstanding Communication Skills
• Work for extended periods of time (up to 5 hours) without a meal break
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Detail-Oriented
• Ability to lift 5 - 35 lbs
