Recruiter II

This role involves recruiting, interviewing, checking references, and extending offers to new employees. The position requires experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The role performs a variety of tasks and may lead or direct the work of others, with a wide degree of creativity and latitude expected. The Recruiter II typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview potential candidates.
• Conduct reference checks on prospective employees.
• Formulate and extend employment offers.
• Lead orientation for new employees.
• Perform exit interviews.
• Process changes in employee status.
• May lead and direct the work of other team members.

Required Qualifications

Education: A bachelor's degree may be required.

Experience: 5-8 years of experience in recruiting or a related field is required.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
