About the Job:As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be the cultural mentor for our 28 FounDAYtions. You will communicate to Inspire, coach, and support your restaurant team members, shift managers, and salaried managers. You will oversee the recruitment and training of your team, guiding them towards promotions and empowering them to build successful careers. By cultivating a team of top performers, you will create a culture that is vibrant, optimistic, and incredibly rewarding.
