Benefits Starting salary: $106,511 – $117,162 (includes 20% geographic modifier) 5,000 SPIFR stipend 15,000 signing bonus after training 40,000 retention bonus after 36 months Off‑duty housing provided 7/7 schedule Responsibilities Safely transport patients to and from medical facilities in collaboration with medical experts. Maintain aircraft readiness for dispatches, ensuring compliance with FAR, company, and regulatory requirements. Keep accurate company and regulatory documentation, and record keeping. Communicate effectively with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners. Provide shift‑change information to successive pilots and teams according to protocol. Maintain required certifications and complete ongoing training. Minimum Requirements Current FAA Commercial Certificate for rotorcraft. Helicopter instrument rating. Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate. 2,000 total flight hours, including 2,000 helicopter flight hours, 1,000 helicopter PIC hours, and 1,000 turbine hours. Minimum 100 cumulative instrument flight time hours. Minimum 200 helicopter night hours (aided and/or unaided). Weight limit of 230 pounds with flight gear. Aircraft Experience Previous experience on Airbus EC135/H135 or similar aircraft preferred.
