Demonstrates the ability to troubleshoot problems in a timely efficient manner. Completes work assignments thoroughly and in a timely manner. Completes annual in-service. Attends meetings and participates in departmental in-services. Participates in performance improvement and information management active. Responsible for ordering material and maintaining inventory. Performs P.M. related work. Performs project / construction work when needed. Repairs all types of plumbing fixtures, valves, broken pipes, re-pipes system, make - up feed tanks, cooling towers, pumps, H.V.A.C. related piping and water pressures, boiler piping, threading, welding, etc. Works overtime when hospital emergency occurs. Performs all other duties as required. Position Requirements: This position requires a minimum formal education of High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years job-related experience.
