Process financial transactions accurately while maintaining client records. Support administration of client accounts including donor advised funds, trusts, and related giving vehicles. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Investigate and resolve routine discrepancies. Partner with Accounting, Cash Operations, and IT to ensure timely client deliverables. Maintain documentation and follow established operational procedures. Utilize approved AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining accuracy and compliance. Deliver exceptional client service with strong attention to detail. Assist with team coverage and additional operational projects as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in - Financial Services, Banking, Wealth Management, Client Services, Operations, Financial Administration Experience processing financial transactions preferred. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Advanced attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Interested in hearing more?
