Complex Claims Consulting Director - Major Loss Unit

Responsibilities Manages an inventory of the most complex commercial claims Ensures exceptional customer service Verifies coverage and sets reserves Leads investigations to determine compensability and liability Drives resolution of claims Establishes and manages significant claim budgets Achieves quality standards Prepares and presents high profile information to senior leadership Maintains subject matter expertise Mentors and trains less experienced Claim Professionals Requirements Bachelor’s degree with Master’s preferred in a related discipline or equivalent Typically a minimum of ten years of relevant experience Must have or be able to obtain and maintain an Insurance Adjuster License within 90 days of hire, where applicable Advanced negotiation experience Professional designations are highly encouraged (e.g., CPCU) Certifications & Qualifications Insurance Adjuster License CPCU #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
