Mental Health Technician

Southridge Behavioral Hospital is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Technician to support daily patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and shift supervisors. The role emphasizes safety, comfort, and individualized care for adult and geriatric patients.
Responsibilities include continuous safety assessments, de-escalation techniques, and helping with admissions and discharges while maintaining a therapeutic milieu. Per diem shifts offer weekend coverage and flexible hours.
