The company is targeting $50 billion in annual revenue within the decade through accretive acquisitions and organic growth.What you'll do:As an Operations Manager at QXO, you'll lead warehouse teams and ensure safe, efficient, and accurate operations.Lead the charge in training and developing the warehouse team into a high-performing powerhouseDevelop and oversee efficient warehouse, receiving, and distribution proceduresMaintain ideal inventory levels, accurate record-keeping, and smooth material movement as second natureEnsure the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse, yard, and storeCollaborate with the Regional Safety Manager to uphold the highest safety standards, supervising protocols, reporting, and operational functionsMonitor employee performance through regular evaluations and, when necessary, manage disciplinary actions with proper documentationWhat you'll bring:Bachelor's degree or five years of related experienceProven proficiency in talent assessment, mentoring, and coachingExcellent judgment, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilitiesFlexibility to adapt in a dynamic environmentAbility to maintain strong public relations with both external and internal customersWillingness to work extended hours, when necessary, to meet branch goalsWhat you'll earn401(k) with employer matchMedical, dental, and vision insurancePTO, company holidays, and parental leavePaid training and certificationsLegal assistance and identity protectionPet insuranceEmployee assistance program (EAP)QXO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
