Respiratory Therapist

Respiratory Therapist Encompass Health is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to deliver high‑quality patient care, guide treatment plans, and support patients in achieving recovery and independence. Responsibilities Provide direct care to patients requiring medical gas, breathing therapy modalities, and medication. Supervise care and breathing treatments, lead patient assessments, and create personalized care plans. Target and resolve patient concerns, building meaningful relationships by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs. Celebrate patient victories and document accomplishments. Qualifications Current State License in Respiratory Therapy. CPR certification. ACLS certification preferred. Two years of hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred.
