Experienced Investment Banking Analyst - Technology / TMT

We are seeking an experienced Investment Banking Analyst to join our Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) Investment Banking team in our San Francisco office. Nfluence Partners is a boutique Investment Bank focused on advising companies at the intersection of technology and the broader economy on complex Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Formation transactions. Operating out of San Francisco and New York City, Nfluence Partners thoughtfully maximizes value and realizes optimal outcomes for entrepreneurs, investors, and sponsors located around the world. Our Nfluence team brings years of industry experience in investment banking, capital markets, and C-level entrepreneurship and has established key relationships within Software, Internet, Digital Media, Mobile, Communication Technologies, and Telecommunications. Our senior bankers have completed in excess of 175 M&A and capital markets transactions over the past 25 years. Responsibilities Build financial analyses including financial models, valuation analyses, and merger modeling Draft marketing materials including sell-side memoranda and private placement memoranda Conduct TMT industry, market, and company research Support live deal execution, diligence processes, and client deliverables Assist with business development initiatives, prospective client opportunities, and industry conference preparation Coordinate discussions, analyses, and conclusions with senior team members and clients Requirements 1–2 years of prior Investment Banking experience required-not including internships Prior Technology or TMT transaction experience required Strong preference for candidates with middle market or boutique investment banking experience Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skill set Demonstrated understanding of corporate finance, valuation methodologies, merger modeling, and accounting principles Experience supporting live M&A and/or capital raising transactions Excellent communication and presentation skills Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) #J-18808-Ljbffr Nfluence Partners
