Real Estate Accountant
We're looking for a Real Estate Accountant to join our growing team in the northern Philadelphia area. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where collaboration with clients, lenders, and internal teams is essential. If you're interested in building a career in the title industry, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Assist with financial reporting, including preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Maintain accurate records of property transactions, leases, and rent payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for real estate properties.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate financial data.
- Handle general accounting tasks related to real estate operations.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of real estate accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks, AppFolio).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred
- Prior experience in real estate accounting or property management.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related fields is a plus.
