Overview Chick-fil-A, Inc. seeks a Director as guardian over a particular Critical Success Factor on our leadership team, focusing on our Creating Raving Fans Strategy. The Director is responsible for leading and overseeing the team and the systems and processes in the restaurant. You will work closely with our Team of Directors and leadership to create and execute our Business Plan. The Operator will help you develop a personal plan and hold you accountable. A Director learns all aspects of the business and may progress to Owner/Operator or a position at our Corporate Office. Responsibilities Lead and oversee the team, systems, and processes in the restaurant to support the Critical Success Factor. Collaborate with other Directors and leadership to create and execute the Business Plan. Develop a Development Plan for personal growth and accountability in partnership with the Operator. Learn all aspects of the business to prepare for potential advancement to Owner/Operator or Corporate Office. Skills & Qualifications Leadership traits aligned with Chick-fil-A values and future Operator potential. Relationship-building, coaching others to perform. Competency: results-oriented, a systems thinker, quick study, activator. Servant leadership, team-oriented with a passion for people and world-class service.
