Your efforts will span the entire request lifecycle, from the initial call to final client follow-up, playing a critical role in achieving client satisfaction and operational excellence.

$15.50 - $18 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming maintenance requests with professionalism, ensuring each client interaction is positive and productive.
• Efficiently dispatch vendors or internal crews to address service requests, coordinating efforts to meet client needs promptly.
• Track and manage work orders from initiation to completion, maintaining accurate records to ensure operational excellence.
• Follow up with clients post-service to confirm satisfaction and address any additional needs, fostering strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to address and resolve client concerns, ensuring a seamless service experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services and protocols, empowering you to provide informed and effective client support.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or call center environments, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring each request is addressed promptly and accurately.
• Proven track record of effective communication, both verbal and written, fostering positive interactions with clients and team members.
• Strong organizational skills to manage work orders and track requests from initiation to completion.
• Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems to document and manage client interactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with vendors and internal teams, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve client issues swiftly, enhancing the overall client experience.
