Circuit Bard Assembly Assembler
Pay Rate: $19.50/hr Location: 1333 Industrial Blvd, Sugar Land TX
The Assembler is responsible for assembling and testing products, and for troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble components of all Product Lines. Select correct tools and fixtures.
- Test assembled products. Troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with the assembly and testing of products.
- Ensure ability to: read blueprints; identify components; use pertinent hand tools and rework techniques; operate equipment, dimensioning and setting tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies.
- Create labor records for all transactions.
- Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum Years of experience: 2 3 years
- Education Background: High School Diploma/ GED
- Languages competency? English
- Is there any certification required? IPC-610
- Key Skills: Assembly and soldering of printed circuit boards, Read design drawings, Electronic component identification, Understanding of Quality standards, Ability to use microscope for long periods of time
- Key Abilities: follow standard procedures, Identifying solder defects
- Is required to work on the weekend? Yes, as needed
- What is the shift for this position? 1st Shift, 06:00 a.m - 02:00 p.m from Monday to Friday
