Insurance Customer Service Representative Kristie Barrett Allstate Agency – Full Time

Hourly Base Pay + Commission | Average Total Compensation: $40K–$60K+ annually

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to maintain strong client relationships Handle policy changes, billing inquiries, and customer account updates Process Evidence of Insurance and policy documents Assist with cross-selling opportunities and referrals for additional products Meet individual and agency performance goals Identify opportunities for financial services and refer to appropriate team members

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty license (required) Minimum 1 year of Allstate customer service experience Prior insurance experience required Strong communication and problem-solving skills Coachable, dependable, and results-driven Positive and professional attitude
