What You’ll Do Lead structural concrete projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial performance. Coordinate with field operations, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients. Drive project execution while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Build long‑term relationships with owners, partners, and project teams. What We’re Looking For Experience managing commercial structural concrete projects. Background in cast‑in‑place concrete, foundations, podiums, parking structures, mid‑rise, high‑rise, industrial, or tilt‑wall construction.
