ABOUT THE ROLE

Reports to the various supervisors. All duties are performed in a work-safe manner; plant safety rules are followed and individual works as a team member. Primary responsibilities include assisting in Maintenance & Production functions

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

• Safely perform maintenance activities to insure plant efficiency

• Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environment and areas.

• Prioritizes SAFETY, then QUALITY, followed by PRODUCTION

• Communicates effectively and timely with staff

• Ensure all work areas are clean, tidy and organized at all times

• Internal controls providing reasonable assurance of effective and efficient operations, including actions to prevent and detect fraud and protect Company resources

• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures

• Ability to work independently, self-starter, yet able to participate within a team environment

• Ability to operate equipment effectively

• Must understand equipment functions and processes of the primary areas

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

• Performs other administrative duties as assigned.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Education : High School diploma or equivalent.

• Additional Education Preferred : N/A

• Field of Study Preferred : N/A

• Required Work Experience : Must have previous welding, cutting experience Haul trucks, loaders, and various mine equipment experience

• Required Training/Certifications : Weigh Master License may be required in some states.

• Required Technical Skills : Basic computer skills and understanding of hardware/software

• Travel Requirements : N/A

Additional Requirements :

• Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.

• Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
