- Haul trucks, loaders, and various mine equipment experience
- Weigh Master License may be required in some states
- Basic computer skills and understanding of hardware/software
- Safely perform maintenance activities to insure plant efficiency
- Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies
- Prioritizes SAFETY, then QUALITY, followed by PRODUCTION
- Communicates effectively and timely with staff
- Ensure all work areas are clean, tidy and organized at all times
