Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.92 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 01:00 PM - 08:00 PM Tue: 01:00 PM - 08:00 PM Wed: 02:00 PM - 08:00 PM Thur: 01:00 PM - 08:00 PM Fri: 01:00 PM - 08:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, sales floor, entrances, exits, stock areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, policy concerns, and/or maintenance issues to appropriate personnel. Support loss prevention efforts by maintaining a visible presence, following post orders, and assisting with crowd management, closing procedures, and/or other assigned security-related duties. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
