Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic campus location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help discourage security‑related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 11:30 PM – 08:00 AM Tue: 11:30 PM – 08:00 AM Wed: 11:30 PM – 08:00 AM Thu: 11:30 PM – 08:00 AM Fri: 11:30 PM – 08:00 AM Sat: 11:30 PM – 08:00 AM Sun: 11:30 PM – 08:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities in a professional manner. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations with a calm, problem‑solving approach, and report observations according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout campus buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and assist students, staff, visitors, and/or vendors with directions, questions, and reporting concerns related to the location. Document routine activities, unusual conditions, and/or incidents, and communicate with supervisors, local staff, and/or public responders when appropriate. Minimum Requirements Must be able to ride a bike. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
