About Adams Dental Center Like each Heartland Dental supported office, Adams Dental Center is unique to the community and its patients. With support from a practice manager and a highly trained team onsite, you will be fully connected to all resources and support provided by Heartland Dental. Minimum Qualifications Current dental hygienist license in Nebraska (and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene if required). Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation. CPR Certification. Preferred Experience Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays, and electronic medical record systems. Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patient dental health. Experience in a dental office setting and a willingness to meet clinical needs as required by the office. Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary, with or without reasonable accommodation. Prolonged periods of sitting and standing. Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times. Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in‑person) periodically throughout the year. Completion of a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions (standard requirement, not applicable in the state of FL & TN).
