Capital Formation | Product Specialist - Infrastructure Secondaries & Real Assets

As a senior member of the Product Specialist team, you will serve as a key link between the investment team, Distribution and Relationship Management, internal stakeholders, legal teams, and institutional investors.

You will be expected to understand and represent the investment strategy with the credibility of an investment-team representative, while coordinating the complete fundraising process and helping move prospective investors from initial interest to commitment.

The initial Infrastructure Secondaries fundraising effort is expected to include both existing and prospective institutional investors, with the potential for a significant focus on developing new relationships and expanding the investor base.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Significant experience in capital formation, fundraising, fund formation, product specialist, investor relations, or a related private-markets function.
• Experience working with institutional investors, including pensions, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, foundations, insurance companies, family offices, or other sophisticated LPs.
• Demonstrated ability to explain investment strategies, lead presentations, and participate credibly in senior-level investor meetings.
• Experience coordinating complex fundraising processes involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of investment products, corporate finance, financial accounting, fund structures, and investment terms.
• Experience partnering with legal teams on fund documentation, negotiations, and closing processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts concisely.
• Demonstrated ability to manage demanding stakeholders, maintain composure, and hold your own in senior-level discussions.
• Proven judgment, resilience, integrity, and discretion.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across investment, distribution, legal, compliance, finance, and operations teams.
• Demonstrated mentoring and team-development capabilities.
• Direct experience with infrastructure secondaries or broader secondaries.
• Experience raising capital for infrastructure, real assets, private equity, energy transition, or related alternative-investment strategies.
• Experience with fund launches, new product development, or bringing investment products to market.
• Existing relationships with institutional investors.
• Experience working in a global asset-management or financial-services organization.

Leadership and Stakeholder Expectations

The successful candidate will be commercially minded, technically capable, and comfortable serving as an investment-lead proxy in front of sophisticated investors.

This role will sit HYBRID out of New York, NY. Base Salary up to $350,000 + Bonus | Total Compensation will equate to experience.
