We are seeking a motivated and reliable Contract Bar Back to support our bartending team at our bustling venue located in the heart of Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area, ensuring bartenders have the necessary supplies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist bartenders with stocking and replenishing bar inventory, including liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and garnishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing and sanitizing glassware, utensils, and equipment.
• Ensure bar stations are fully stocked with ice, napkins, straws, and other necessary items.
• Collect and dispose of empty bottles, trash, and recycling materials.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the bar area.
• Provide support during peak hours to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Knowledge of bar equipment, supplies, and basic cocktail ingredients.
