Shift Availability

Currently hiring for all shifts
Must have Saturday availability

Pay: up to $18/hr based on availability

Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items according to Chick-fil-A quality standards
Assist with food preparation, stocking, and kitchen organization
Work in multiple Back of House stations including breading, fries, boards, food prep, and assembly
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
Work efficiently and accurately during high-volume meal periods
Support fellow Team Members to ensure smooth daily operations
Help maintain the speed, accuracy, and quality that guests expect

Qualifications and Skills

Must be 16 years of age or older
No prior experience required
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Dependable, coachable, and team-oriented
Ability to work with urgency while maintaining attention to detail
Positive attitude and ability to perform well under pressure
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical job duties
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Strong communication and teamwork skills
