Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards. Collaborate with senior leadership to set organizational priorities and translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives. Skills Proven management experience with a strong track record of reengineering processes effectively. Expertise in planning with the ability to develop short-term to long-term operational roadmaps aligned with business goals. Demonstrated communication and attitude that inspires teams, foster collaboration, and drive results. Solid understanding of profit & loss management, budgeting, and financial analysis. Experience in business development including sales strategy formulation and client relationship management. Skilled in project management methodologies to oversee complex initiatives from conception to completion. Strong background in process improvement techniques to optimize workflows and reduce waste.
