We are looking for a Senior Director of Product, Creative to serve as a principal strategic architect and individual contributor driving the next evolution of Innovid’s unified CTV, creative, and ad serving ecosystem. In this high-impact role, you will hold end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution accountability for our enterprise platform portfolio. You will leverage your deep technical expertise and industry authority to drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, commercial leaders, and C-suite executives, while serving as a trusted partner to top-tier brands, agencies, and streaming platforms. What You Will Own: Agentic AI & Workflow Automation: Strategy for embedded AI agents and intelligent automation that turn real-time platform signals into automated actions—streamlining campaign setups, dynamic ad decisioning, and real-time creative optimizations across the advertising lifecycle. Creative Authoring & Personalization Tools: Strategic vision and product execution for automated creative assembly and dynamic, personalized ad experiences at scale across CTV and digital channels. Data Ingestion & Signal Decisioning: High-throughput API frameworks and signal engines that ingest 3rd-party data to power real-time decisioning models (geo, weather, audience, contextual). Algorithmic Optimization & Simulation: Intelligent optimization engines (ML/AI) designed to maximize performance against campaign outcomes, alongside simulation models for real-world ad-serving conditions. Ecosystem & Partner SDKs: Strategic distribution technologies, publisher-side SDKs, and platform integrations with major OTT and CTV providers. What You Will Do: Strategic Leadership: Define, operationalize, and drive the multi-year platform vision and product roadmap in line with the "new Innovid"—unifying creative, ad serving, and measurement. Hands-On Execution: Lead products through the full lifecycle—from initial market sizing and discovery to continuous iteration—acting as the primary product authority for your domain. Cross-Functional Influence: Drive organizational alignment by partnering closely with engineering, design, product marketing, and revenue teams to execute complex platform initiatives. Executive & Market Engagement: Translate complex technology capabilities into strategic narratives for executive leadership, enterprise clients, and ecosystem partners (CTV OEMs, DSPs, SSPs). Commercial & GTM Enablement: Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to launch scalable products, foster strategic integrations, and drive platform adoption across key markets. Data-Driven Innovation: Establish rigorous KPI frameworks, usage analytics, and ROI models to evaluate platform health and prioritize product investments. What You Will Need: Experience: 7+ years in Product Management within AdTech, enterprise SaaS, or digital media, with a track record of driving large-scale platform products as a principal individual contributor. Domain Expertise: Deep mastery of the CTV/OTT ecosystem, dynamic creative optimization (DCO), programmatic ad serving, data-driven decisioning, and ad tech measurement integrations. Technical Depth: Strong technical foundation (Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent background preferred) with direct experience building robust APIs, SDKs, and developer-facing platform solutions. Proven Track Record: History of shipping complex, high-throughput platform capabilities from concept to market impact in fast-moving environments. Influence Without Authority: Exceptional ability to align senior stakeholders, engineering leads, and cross-functional teams around a unified product vision without direct managerial authority. Executive Communication: Superior storytelling skills to clearly present complex technical concepts to C-suite executives, strategic partners, and external industry audiences. The base pay range for this position is $200,000-230,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid and titled depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, length of service, and geographic location.
