About the Role
The Company is seeking a Superintendent/President to serve as its Chief Executive Officer and lead the institution in accordance with the policies and expectations of the Board of Trustees, the Board of Governors, and state law. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the college, with a strong emphasis on equity-focused leadership, inclusivity, and sensitivity to diversity. This role requires a minimum of a master's degree, with a preference for a doctorate, and at least 7 years' of senior administrative leadership experience in education or a comparable executive role. The Superintendent/President will be expected to have a proven track record in organizational management, business and operational practices, and fiscal oversight.
